At 91¹û¶³´«Ã½, transferring is not unusual — it is one of the main ways students become Owls. We welcome veterans, two-year students, and students who have taken any college courses after graduating from high school or earning their GED.

The transfer application is done entirely online and does not require essays, letters of recommendation, admission appointments, or admission interviews. SCSU does not offer a physical application. My advice to an incoming transfer student would be to go out and go to any event. You can find some people that you know are going to be active on campus and in the community, and just stay connected with people through social media, through the phone. Make sure that you're making your presence known so that people can reach out to you.

...UConn...is much bigger, so it feels a lot more impersonal. That didn’t align well with the way I learn. At 91¹û¶³´«Ã½, the [physics] department is much smaller.
