The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies’ Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership Program prepares educational leaders, researchers, and policymakers in its 4-year, cohort-based program geared toward the working professional.
The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership program is designed to facilitate transformational change in individuals and educational systems by preparing educational leaders in schools and post-secondary institutions for the challenges of our rapidly changing world. The program prepares educational leaders to focus on systemic thinking, taking into account the needs of diverse learners and communities as they strive to improve student experiences and achievement. Our program develops practitioners who are grounded in the latest research and skilled at interpersonal communication.
